Promoter

Valmont, headquartered in Barcelona and present across several European countries, is looking for an Itinerant Promoter to support promotional activities and elevate brand presence in B2B environments across Spain.

This role offers hands-on experience in the luxury beauty industry, combining product demonstration, campaign execution, customer engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell skincare products and deliver excellent customer service across the different points of sale visited.

• Attract and engage new customers through appointment management and in-cabin facial services.

• Provide personalized product recommendations in both skincare and fragrances.

• Conduct personalized skin diagnostics for customers.

• Achieve the sales objectives set for each week or promotional activity.

• Organize and manage promotional campaigns and agendas with B2B clients.

• Deliver product demonstrations and engage customers through beauty treatments.

• Design and develop promotional materials to promote the company's products and services.

• Collaborate with the Trade Marketing department to develop and execute effective promotional strategies.

• Work with the Sales department to provide market analysis and report on merchandising and product availability.

• Act as a cross-functional link between departments to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Functional Skills

• Fluency in Spanish and English.

• Full availability to travel (approximately 90% of the time) across Spain

• Proven ability to develop and deliver effective promotional sessions.

• Experience in product demonstration and performing in-cabin treatments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Interpersonal Skills

• Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.

• Subject-matter expertise and strong interpersonal skills.

• Good team player with a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field (cosmetics a plus).

• At least 3 years of experience in sales training and product promotion within the luxury cosmetics industry.

• Beauty therapist certification is a plus.
